STRAIGHT TUCK END 

Straight tuck end also as known as STE, top and bottom closure panel tuck from the rear to front or from front to rear. It is particularly well suited for products requiring a paper box with a window in the front display panel. Ideal for a retail product like food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products.

 

 

 

 

REVERSE TUCK END

Reverse Tuck End paperboard packaging as known as RTE, the closure panels on top and bottom swing in opposite direction, with the bottom folding in front and top panel fold in rear. Could be assembly manually or automation assembly line. With friction lock closure on top and a slit lock tuck closure on bottom, printed cartons is easy to open and close. Ideal for use within a variety of industries such as food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical etc.

 

 

TUCK TOP AUTO BOTTOM

Tuck top auto bottom is tuck top closure with automatic bottom closure, the top lid comes with friction lock and bottom is easy to assemble by squeeze and box pops into shape with bottom locked close. It's suitable for broad range of relatively light products and commonly used for custom food boxes and medical boxes

 

 

TUCK TOP SNAP LOCK BOTTOM

Tuck top snap lock bottom is used almost exclusively as a bottom closure, large piece locking panel go in first then two dust flap and small piece locking panel tuck underneath the large locking panel to complete sealing, often combined with tuck top closure. This is a hand erected and closed style. Mostly used for cosmetics, food, medical, pharmaceutical and retail packaging.

 

5 PANEL HANGER

Five panel hanger is based on reverse tuck end style, with additional double layered display panel extends vertically from back panel, hanging feature is applied by punch hole on both layers, ideal for small, light products, mostly used as point of purchase display to be placed on a peg, often used for cosmetics, medical and retails packages.
